I’m always interested in the stories that tell us how to be happy. For some reason, it actually makes me feel good to see when I’m “following” the advice. I think happiness is available for all of us, regardless of our level of wealth or social background. Everyone has a different idea about happiness.

Life Two Presents “How to Be Happy”
There’s a week of happiness going on at Life Two. It’s a week long series based on the work of Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and his book Happier.
Though the book isn’t required to enjoy, and, participate in the series, it comes highly recommended.
The first lesson, From Happy to Happier helps you explore what makes you happy, and, I’m glad to see they included something I constantly need reminding of, that “happiness is not a place or a destination, it’s a continuum”.
