Get Vitamins from Food

If you’re one of the many women who take a multi-vitamin, chances are you don’t need to. Health experts say that the best way to get the nutrients you need is from the food you eat. Even if you’re dieting, you can still get all the vitamins and minerals your body requires.
To get the proper nutrients, you simply need a mix of “plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains” to meet your daily vitamin requirement. It’s not how much food you eat but the quality of food that is most important.
