I have a most energetic child, so I’m always seeking out ways to tire him out for bedtime. Here is my top 5 list. We did THREE of the below just yesterday, and my darling son slept like a rock last night. Feel free to add on to the list – I’m always open to new ideas!

Ice Skating with Tweens

After being pretty sedentary for most of the winter I’ve decided to start being a little more active. I’ve been working out several times a week and even joined a hip hop class for completely uncoordinated women over 30. (Ok, maybe I’m the only uncoordinated one, but we are all over 30.)
