Child Deaths Spur Window Blinds Recall

Millions of window blinds are being recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) after reports of strangulation deaths in children. The blinds do not have inner-cord-stop devices to prevent the accessible inner cords from being pulled out. The recall includes about 15,400 horizontal blinds, 16,500 vertical blinds, and 800 cellular shades manufactured by Vertical Land Inc. of Panama City Beach, Fla.

Bought the table.
OK so it takes our family a long, long time to get our butts moving on things we want to do with Alison. She still sleeps with us, and she still drinks milk out of a bottle – both things I want to work on but just can’t seem to get around to. Thank goodness she got the toileting thing down pat though, she’s been fully toilet trained for the last six months or so.
