We’ve hit the last month in the year celebration – yahoo. Here are my four favorite posts from Offbeat May 2008… Hmmm, it seems like we were just at May
The Powerlight Office Space – I love this space. Also I rarely blog about offices, so this was a good break.

Sorry to be absent yesterday. I told Cedar I’d take him to see Kung Fu Panda – which was totally fun by the way. Jack Black is just as funny as a cartoon, as he is when he’s a real person. Then Cedar wanted to continue the movie madness at home with Chicken Little. When did my life turn into one long-playing cartoon?
In any case, we’ll wrap up this year anniversary celebration tomorrow and then I have something very cool planned for next week. First though let’s round out the year; here are my four favorite posts from Offbeat February …read more

So, yeah, it was a wacky month, but I did find my four favorite posts, which include…
Robert Bruno Steel House – sort of one of those perfectly offbeat homes.
Impractical Architecture – Specht Harpman has done so much wonderful stuff not to mention the zero house, it’s hard not to list them as …read more

To celebrate my year anniversary week here at Offbeat, we’re looking back at my top four favorite posts from each of the last 12 months.
Here’s August 2007…
50 Fresh & Juicy Slices of Offbeat Home Decor – this post is maybe the most popular post I’ve ever posted, at any blog, ever. What makes this post unique, is that along with my readers, I like it too. Usually I think a post should be popular, and it’s not, or my readers here LOVE a post that totally surprises me. This post makes everyone happy. And it’s cool.

Guess which blogger is having a year anniversary today?
If you said “I bet it’s Jennifer” you’d be correct. Today marks my one year anniversary here at Offbeat Homes. That officially makes me the longest-term Offbeat Homes blogger ever! Offbeat has had other very cool bloggers; Kevin, Ingrid, and Adam, but no one stayed a year. Go me.
Of course, Offbeat is not a hard place to stay because I adore this blog. Since I started here last June, Offbeat has gained some nice momentum and readers just keep on increasing. And that’s not a pat on my own little back, believe me.
