In the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal, Penn State is now buckling down to protect everyone from further assaults by banning “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond. It’s been decided by the powers-to-be that this evil song will no longer be played at the school’s football games because the lyrics have been deemed inappropriate. But the only thing that’s inappropriate is the way Penn State is more worried about their image than the actual assault.

The Real Lessons We Should Learn From The Jerry Sandusky Trial

Just in case you hadn’t heard, Jerry Sandusky was found guilty of 45 of 48 charges against him on Friday evening. His crimes include 25 felonies and could land him a maximum of 442 years in jail. One can only hope that this verdict brings at least some peace and closure to the brave victims of this horrible man.
