Why Do You Need Creativity?

For me it’s a given that each of us needs a creative outlet of some kind. I don’t care if you create craft, art, paint, draw, write, doodle, whatever. I believe the need for creativity is deep inside every one of us and we must have an outlet to express that creativity or we suffer. But why do you need creativity? Do you have a favourite day of the week? I used to just love Mondays, that’s when the big kids went to school and hubby worked. I could just get on with the new week and be all organised to do whatever projects I had happening. Now, I’m not so sure what day is my favourite. How to Write Meaningful Journal Entries

Once I’d been keeping a journal for a few months I found a lot of my entries were rather shallow. I wrote about the weather, the things I did and other somewhat boring entries. Although, there is nothing wrong with writing these things. Tracking the weather is something I personally gain a lot from. It can be satisfying to list what you actually accomplish in a day. The act of writing in your journal alone is setting up the habit of sitting and writing something.
