Growing up, my favorite author was Judy Blume. I read everything she wrote, most books multiple times. I loved her! When my sister came through town the other day, she lent me her copy of Judy Blume’s novel for adults, Smart Women.
Originally published in the 80s, the subject matter is still relevant today. It’s a novel that tells the story of a couple of divorced women with children – Margo and B.B.- in their 40s. As a divorced woman of 42, I could really relate.

Who’s On Simon Pulse Blogfest?

Dr. Seuss Month isn’t the only exciting author event happening in March. From March 14 to March 27, 2008, the publishing house of Simon & Schuster is launching Pulse Blogfest. The two week event allows authors of teen books and fans to come together on one blog.
