To find out just how we can give more of a shit and how to lose those extra pounds once and for all, we talked with personal trainer and nutritionist Karina Inkster, author of How to Give a Shit About Your Health. Inkster believes that one of the main problems with American’s health today is the fact that we are not always honest with ourselves about our bodies. We listen to media’s interpretation of what is beautiful (when we all know that’s often not even realistic), we make excuses for not being fitter and we tell ourselves that health problems won’t happen to us.
We sat down with her to find out more about the “untruths” we tell ourselves and how to fix them once and for all–including ditching those extra pounds we have been ignoring all this time. More
