Baking soda & lemon: Grab some baking soda, sprinkle it in your tubs, sinks, and toilets. Drizzle a fresh lemon over the baking soda and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. Scrub down with some plain old water.

A necessary evil I’m afraid, but it doesn’t hurt to have a few little tried and true tips to make it easier. Like the one for the electric can opener. A little liquid soap and a toothbrush makes quick work of a nasty job. And it is just soooo easy to unplug it and stick it back into the cupboard.
