This thing is called Filio Teapot and can be purchased at MoMa store. The teapot features a mesh strainer for the tea leaves to circulate to achieve the full aroma and flavor. It’s made of borosilicate glass and the strainer is stainless-steel. The tealight warmer keeps it temperature ready for drinking. It also comes with tealight. The size measures up to 5.5h x 6.5″diameter, and 20oz..

Doesn’t it look cool? It makes drinking tea even more cozy. Well, that’s the ambiance I get anyway.

With the electric griddle, I have to flip the quesadilla to cook the other side. Not with this quesadilla maker. The top and bottom tortillas as well as the fillings are all cooked at the same time.The cooking time is consolidated to 4-5 minutes. The faster the quesadillas are served, the happier the people are in the family. One more thing is that the top portion stamps the shape so you’ll perfectly nice triangle shapes of quesadillas to serve. You can purchase this quesadilla maker at Kotula’s for $29.99.

Pop Art Toaster 5-In-1 Tasty Bakers

Since learning how to cook, I’ve come to appreciate kitchen gadgets I can’t live without and I’d like to share them with you:

1. Saute Pans. If you’re starting out and budget is tight, all you need are a couple of saute pans and you’re good to go. You can use these for frying, stewing or boiling. Very versatile!

2. Strainer. I love cooking pasta and a strainer is a must-have for me to ensure I get rid of all the water. I can also use it for straining flour and what have you. See, lots of uses for it!

3. Chef n Garlic Zoom. I don’t like the smell of garlic on my hands so this little gadget is a lifesaver for me. Because I love cooking asian food, garlic is an ingredient that I use all the time so for me to be able to mince and chop garlic without touching it and getting all smelly from it is something I’ve come to appreciate.

4. Electric Jug Kettle. I grew up in a house where boiling water is synonymous to breathing. My parents were big coffee and tea drinkers so we always have the kettle on the stove whistling it’s annoying tune. Thank heavens for an electric jug kettle, it make boiling water so convenient but it also makes the kitchen more pleasant to be in because we don’t have the constant noise of the whistling kettle to deal with.

5. Ring Pull Can Opener. This is one of my best purchases ever. I’ve got long nails and I always break them whenever I pull the lid of these kinds of cans. Since having this little gadget, goodbye broken nails and hello to convenience!

5 Kitchen Gadgets I can’t Live Without

One costumer said the engineering failed to implement the concept. Another review said it stopped working after 1 day. Another one said it stopped after a week. There was 1 positive review but thats about it.

So I guess, this would be something under, “it’s up to you” category. Just be aware of the reviews. The concept is good so I hope there are more products like this somewhere. I’ll search of course. This one is on sale at Macy’s for $44.99.
