As long as I’ve been a runner (going on 10 years…okay, maybe more) I’ve heard the same old debate over whether running is really bad for your knees. There are the “high-impact sports will blow out your cartilage” camp and the “keeping your weight down by running will keep all joints healthier longer” camp, but no one can seem to agree on what comes first: Jogging or bad knees? But new research illuminates the issue and, for the most part, scientists agree: Running won’t kill your knees. More
