I could say this chocolate eclair squares would be a great easy and affordable sweet treat I could whip up during the Summer break for the kids and kids’ sleepovers but that would be a major lie. I mentioned before how much I love pork. I prefer it over any other kind of meat. So I’m always looking for good and easy recipes that I know the whole family would love.
I found this Apple-Mustard Stuffed Pork Chops while perusing Kraft Foods website the other day.
INGERDIENTS :
4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
1/2 cup chopped apple
10 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, divided
2 Tbsp. raisins

Add Kraft Foods to the list of companies addressing the issue of sustainable food production. The company, who makes a variety of food products from cheese to bologna to coffee, recently released their goals and achievements in this field.

In 2008, Kraft Foods increased their coffee purchases from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms by more than 50 percent, making them that co-op’s largest buyer. Kraft is also working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to invest $90 million over five years to advance the sustainable production of cocoa and cashews in Africa.
