FDA Approves Extended Epilepsy Medication

Lamictal XR (lamotrigine) Extended Release Tablets have been approved by the US FDA for prescription to people, aged 13 or older, who have partial onset seizures. The original version of Lamictal has been available since the mid-1990s.
