As we settle into the Lenten season, the six weeks preceding Easter, many religions require and/or encourage their followers to refrain from eating meat on Fridays. To make planning dinner a little easier during this time, we offer a few fish recipes for the Lenten season:

Mustard-broiled Ohio walleye
Sun-dried tomato tilapia in a bag
Baked Parmesan perch
Traditional Lenten fish fry
