Holiday Ornaments for Readers and Teachers
We have an ornament tradition in our house. Every year mom purchases an ornament that represents an important event from the year.
I have carried this tradition on to my family and my son loves it.
To help you get started I found some great ornaments for readers, librarians, teachers, etc. at my favorite Christmas store, Bronners and Hallmark’s Keepsake ornaments.

“Nanny, is it time to sign up for the library program, ” my grandchildren would ask as June approached.
This was a fun time, a magical time for them when our local library, the Pease Public Library of Plymouth, NH planned weekly programs and rewards for meeting book reading goals. It was a fun time for me, too. Even after the children were old enough to attend by themselves, I enjoyed the quiet of reading and writing at the library while they were occupied by summer reading projects.
