Leading By Example – It’s More Powerful Than You Think
Last night we were at a Middle School awards ceremony. They were recognizing the students who achieved perfect scores on their state standards of learning exams in 2007. The ceremony was short and sweet, but oh so inspiring. Why? Because it was incredibly obvious that the principal of the school and his staff TRULY care about the kids, their achievements, and the power of leading by example.

Teens with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) are often given extra attention and help with academics and sports, but how about preparing them for life without daily monitoring by parents and teachers?
