Here at Mental Health Notes and b5media’s Health & Wellness Channel, it’s become the trend for every week to feel just as busy – if not busier – than the last. I love it, mind you. I just think I need to sit down and seriously re-evaluate my current system of organization.

Many moons ago, when I was a young college student dealing with life and all the bizarre things that come along for the ride, you gave me a home. You gave me an outlet to vent my frustrations, a portal to make friends, a place to share my secrets as well as my to-do lists. You gave me a home, if you will.
