When it comes to losing weight, should you go with a low-fat or a low-carb diet?
Starting any diet with positive results may boost your mood, but for longer-term happiness the low-carb diet may not be the best choice. According to a new study comparing dieters on a low-fat or a low-carb diet for one year, the low-fat diet helps dieters remain more content. How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

I’m a fan of spaghetti squash. I usually grow at least one plant of it in my garden. It’s a great substitute for real spaghetti if you’re trying to cut calories, or carbs. They’re not hard to prepare, you can bake them, boil them, or microwave them. However you decide to cook them make sure you pierce the skin, so the heat and steam can escape without the squash exploding.

Low-fat diets are more effective in preserving and promoting a healthy cardiovascular system than low-carbohydrate, Atkins’-like diets, according to a new study by researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
