Maintaining a busy household can take a toll on your energy. Do remember though that the captain has to be fit so he can man the ship properly! Before you get overwhelmed by the many tasks and chores, always budget time for yourself during the day. It’s your way of maintaining your sanity too!

Today is one of those days where I’m glad there isn’t someone following me around 24/7 on a reality show (well, actually I feel that way all the time, but you know what I mean!).
