Mister Skunk’s Magnificent Creations

Mister Skunk isn’t just a nickname. This Massachusetts artist is legally changing his name to Mister Skunk this month. Friends and family have already been calling him Skunk for years. The name refers to the artist’s habit of “skunking” for interesting trash — a hobby that affords him the opportunity to meet interesting animals that are also rummaging. Metal Sculptures from Edouard Martinet

Je suis très heureux de présenter cet artiste. (I’m very happy to introduce this artist.)
Edouard Martinet has been working in Brittany France for several years, and he’s shown his work around France and abroad.
Working with found materials from junk yards and brocantes (flea markets), Edouard assembles his pieces without welding. As you look at his sculptures, try to imagine all their individual parts that have now been given new life.
