While doing a bit of reading today, I found a link to Catherine Larose’s Cafe Girl Chronicles blog, by way of an excerpt at the More magazine website. More magazine is aimed at the 40+ age female. I can remember when 40 seemed sort of old to me, then Cher got there and it didn’t seem so old anymore. How could 40 be old when it meant she was able to dress in basically ass-baring outfits on-stage and she lived with a much younger man (they called him “the bagel boy” in the press)?

Is the Flat belly Diet the Remedy for Middle Aged Tummy Tires?

I have been hearing alot about the flat belly diet.
Since i have been working on getting my adrenals back in order I have been more concious of eating at least somewhat properly. I am very bad about that, I eat like I did as a teen…grab something once every couple of days if I feel hungry…could be chocolate cake, could be chicken breast. When I am busy I just don’t get hungry..and I don;t like ot eat because I equate eating with weight.
