Esther, at Witnessing Alzheimer’s, responded to my post, Can Two Glasses of Milk Chase Alzheimer’s Away? with ”For what it’s worth, my husband drank 2 glass of milk a day. He’s in last stage AD.”
I’ve so often found, as Esther apparently has, that many of the conclusions or speculations about Alzheimer’s don’t apply to my mother or aunt. Then others seem to have some bearing.

Can Two Glasses of Milk a Day Chase Alzheimer’s Away?

According to an article in The Times of India, milk could prevent Alzheimer’s. This beverage may have some effect in treating this illness conclude researchers in a team led by Oxford University. They consider that the B12 in milk could help protect against memory loss and thus Alzheimer’s.
Lead researcher, Prof. David Smith, states that just two glasses of milk a day might be enough to slow cognitive decrease and memory loss. (Read the complete article for additional details in the article.)
