Church of St.Clement of Rome in Moscow

Location: Church of St. Clement of Rome Destination: Moscow Country: Russia Year Taken: 2006
Photographer: Mutbka
Construction of this Baroque style church with an Elizabethan influence took over three decades. It was completed in 1774.
Sadly, it is reported abandoned and derelict, but still a stunning example of pre-Revolutionary architecture common  in many Russian Orthodox churches.
