We’re right in the thick of football season, and baseball season is coming to a close, so it’s the perfect time to get some delicious snacking in (and what better excuse?).

Nachos seem to be the penultimate sports-watching snack. Healthier Chorizo

When I was growing up, I spent a lot of time at my Grandma’s house. One of her specialties was tacos and sometimes she would prepare Chorizo, in addtion to ground beef. I was only allowed a little of it and I loved it. Spicy, red, weird – it was interesting.
My kids had never had the Chorizo experience until I picked up some vegetarian Chorizo last week. I forgot to take a picture of it, but this is similar. The brand that I bought came in sausage-like tubes.

How to Keep 50 Pounds Off Without Gaining it Back

Let’s face it. We all can lose weight, but the trick is keeping that weight off. I tend to do the unhealthy thing and bounce around from season to season. I can lose up to 20 pounds in a season but then I gain some or all of it back 6 months down the road. So what’s the answer?
