Refill America Traveling Water Bottles

Nalgene, makers of BPA-free water bottles that are manufactured in the US, have launched a fun national experiment in honor of America’s ingenuity, love of adventure and resilient spirit.
It’s called Refill America. Nalgene created seven unique, numbered water bottles for the project: Freedom, Life (pictured), Pursuit of Happiness, Justice, Independence, Pride and Liberty.

Are You Drinking Your Water? (I Wasn’t)

A few months ago, Hope at WeightingLine.com gave us all a gentle reminder that we really should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day and challenged her readers to see if they could do it. Since I am a competitive soul, of course, I said yes.
And, of course, I suck. True confession, right here: I find it nearly impossible to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Why? Because I hate water.
