Napping, Time Well Spent

Do you like to nap? I love to nap. I tell people I live to nap. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a nurse and learned to sleep at odd times of day or if that’s just the way I am, but I try to squeeze in a nap – even a five minute one – every day. National Siesta Day Helps Quilters Justify a “Power Nap”

 Ever wish you could take a nap during the day, when lack of sleep overwhelms you?  Yet you feel guilty if you do.
Today you can do so with a clear conscience, according to Yvonne Russell’s post at Home Biz Notes, Happy National Siesta Day.  There she lists the benefits of a 10-120 minute nap.
