Have you hugged your kid lately? July 20th is the day to make sure your child is well hugged. That’s right – an official hug your kid day. Since I read a study that said people need nine hugs a day just to stay in a good place emotionally, I hope you don’t wait to give out that loving squeeze once a year, but it is a great way to remind people that children need more than just a pat on the head to help them grow up to be strong and healthy adults.
