<p>I can say I&#8217;m going to start eating healthier meals, sure. That sounds great, very ideal. But if you&#8217;ve been reading this blog, you already know that I can find scientific evidence that indicates there is a health benefit to just about anything&#8211; alcohol, chocolate, even chips! Do I use it to justify rummaging through the pantry in the middle of the night for chips and chocolate cookies? Of course not.</p>
<p>Food is good. Appreciate it, enjoy it, savour it. Your body needs it.</p>
<p>BUT, as with everything else, remember: moderation is key. Know when to stop.</p>
