Yay! I finally got to see National Treasure: Book of Secrets today. Hubby was keen to come with me as we’d both enjoyed the first National Treasure. I love the puzzles to solve, the comic quips, and the sense of adventure. But it’s really the escapism factor that makes it a fun movie to watch. In particular I loved the inclusion of an old diary and a secret diary. Although I didn’t think this sequel was quite as involved as the first movie I would still recommend it as a good couple of hour’s entertainment.

I was reading over at the Disney Society blog, one of our newest b5media blogs, about the second National Treasure movie. The main character, Nicholas Cage, had a cool journal/notebook in the last film. I’m sure there will be one in this movie, too.
