<p>The second problem is that if you reduce your calories too much, your metabolism goes down to nothing. <p>Celery isn&#8217;t the only magic fat burning food, however.  Vitamin C and calcium have both been proven to help with weight loss.  Vitamin C can be found in citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruit, which by the way, is 90 percent water.  </p>
<p>Other studies have shown that getting two to three servings of dairy products can help you lose weight.  Aim for low-fat stuff like cottage cheese, low-fat string cheese, and yogurt.</p>
