Traditionally attention and efforts are dedicated to Thanksgiving dinner while little attention is given to brunch. I understand this because no one wants to be full for dinner. In my family every meal is important during the holidays, from breakfast to the traditional dinner to the leftovers the next day.

Nutritious Fall Snack~ Oatmeal Raisin Bars

I love the flavors of fall. Cinnamon is one of fall’s favorite flavors. It goes great with most of fall’s favorites like apples, pumpkins, zucchini bread, and winter squash.

Oatmeal On The Go Bars

I am a huge fan of breakfast. Breakfast fuels you for the day (or night) ahead and gives you more stamina than the quick cup of coffee and pastry grabbed on the go. My favorite breakfast for busy mornings are those easy to hold in the hand and munch. At home we experiment (ok, I experiment, the family wonders what is next) with breakfast bars, cookies, and muffins.
