As I sat watching people in the airport yesterday I couldn’t help wondering what their stories were. Through observation alone a lot is easy to guess or assume. But how much I guess could possibly be true? I realised that creating one of these stories would make a great Freaky Friday journal writing exercise.

This afternoon I spent a long time waiting at the Perth International Airport. My sister-in-law has been away in Malaysia & Cambodia. As I waited I was able to enjoy one of my other favourite pastimes; people watching. The international airport is actually a great place to watch people. There’s the expectant faces, the eagerness & impatience, the joy on seeing each other, the response, how long they linger, departure, and many other things to observe.
