		<description><![CDATA[Every year almost 3,000 children become available for adoption in the state of Florida. Of those, 40 percent are adopted by relateives, 40 percent are adopted by foster parents. The remaining children are, unfortunately, left without forever families.
Florida is launching a new campaign called Explore Adoption. It is aimed at promoting the benefits of domestic, foster care adoption and urges families to consider creating or expanding their families by adopting an order or special needs child.
