Yesterday, a comment on this post, inspired me to create an online book club for people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or any chronic illness). Since there was a bit of interest, I just went ahead and did it. You can find it on Facebook. Its called the Consummate Fiction Society (aka CFS).
Right now, membership is by invitation only, and I have invited the CFS Squared readers that are friends on my Facebook account. If you would like to join in, just send me an email (or a comment on this blog)- and I would be happy to send you [...]
Post from: Blisstree

Right now, membership is by invitation only, and I have invited the CFS Squared readers that are friends on my Facebook account. If you would like to join in, just send me an email (or a comment on this blog)- and I would be happy to send you an invitation.

Details have not been finalized, I am waiting for people to join before I settle any of that. So if you have an opinion of when to start, what day we should meet, in what kind of forum, and what we should read – please let me know.

I know that there are more than a few of you, who are great readers. I would love it if you joined in.

The way I see it, the more the merrier.

Its also a really good way to get to know each other, outside of this forum. It could be considered as another form of support….and a little bit of fun. And I know we all need that.
