One of my favorite breakfast cereals is Kashi’s Strawberry Fields. I’ve been a fan for a while now. I love that this cereal has real strawberries, and real red raspberries in every box. The best part is they’re organic (well maybe the best part is that they’re delicious).
I’m a big cereal fan, I enjoy cereal for breakfast, and it’s one of my favorite snacks.

I created my own [me] & goji cereal and named it Tropical Flax. My ingredients are flaxed and flaked (base consisting of organic corn, amaranth, flax and sesame), choco goji, cherry, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, coconut and pineapple.

I’ve always believed in a healthy breakfast, but with such a busy lifestyle, most of the time dry cereals are the staple – they’re easy to prepare. Unfortunately, not all cereals are made equal. Most of the brands I find in the grocery are just full of sugars.
