For the daily cook, an organized kitchen is a must. If you are in your kitchen everyday, there are some basic rules that I feel are necessary, so that you can get meals cooked fast and make clean up a breeze. Why do you feel the kitchen needs to be organized?
What bothers you most about the kitchen?
What do you like the most about your kitchen?
Do others in the house have a wish list for the kitchen? (A certain place to prepare lunches, coffee center, place to do homework)
Is there anything about the way it looks that bothers you? (Change the curtains, update appliances or countertops, dark brown cabinets which make room look very dark)

Coffee Making Made Easy

My husband and I both start out the day with a good ‘ol cup of coffee. Back in the olden days I would store our coffee, filters, sugar and creamer in the pantry and our measuring spoon in the silverware drawer. Makes sense right? Wrong!
I don’t exactly remember when this idea came to me, but I really started to think about efficiency in the kitchen. Making coffee is something we do everyday and sometimes at night during the winter.
