Winner of the Teen Walk Giveaway

I just got done posting about the cause of American obesity (hint: it’s all about portion control) but as we know exercise is also important, and for more than just weight loss. Exercise helps build strong bones, increases memory function, and allows our hearts and lungs to operate efficiently.

I was happy to have received this Teen Walk DVD from the folks at Leslie Sansone. They have been very generous with their time and education, and are passionate about getting people healthy. (Not just “thin“!)

Finally! Schools out. These last two weeks have been exhausting. We’ve had the last field trips, end-of-the-year parties, final sporting events, nagging about school work and more. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to kick back, relax and surf the internet.
Boys handle puberty differently than girls. Many people think puberty is easier for boys. After all, they don’t have periods or growing breasts. But boys have a lot of questions too. Make sure they are prepared.
