Rain, rain go away, come again another day!
Actually, no – we need the rain… but it can add another layer of challenge for busy, creative kids who really need something to do.
It’s absolutely pouring buckets of rain outside – definitely not the day for outdoor crafting fun with the kids!

This might be a good day to get out a couple of cheap, plastic table cloths – lay them on the floor and let the kids have fun with washable paint!

How about combining kids, fabric and paint?
I know that sounds like a messy combination, but it’s a lot of fun – just make sure to cover the table with a cheap, plastic table cloth first!
Either mix acrylic paint with a textile medium, or use fabric paint.  That way the paint will be permanent and your kids won’t lose all their hard work in the washing machine.
