Though we have heard of solar-powered streetlights already, we still have not heard of solar streetlights in the Philippines. This is the first time in fact that I have heard of such being installed in the country.In a report, Raquel Naciongayo, the officer of Pasig City’s Environment and Natural Resources department, had mentioned that they are installing such so as to help lessen expenses on energy.
