We&#8217;ve heard much about China the past year as it prepared for the summer Olympics.   Then they had the devastating earthquakes in southern China, far from Beijing, but still calling attention to this country in a sad way.  Yesterday, there was another earthquake.
China has long fascinated me, especially after I read books by Pearl Buck, who grew up in this country where her parents were missionaries.  She wrote for children and adults.
