Okay, here is a little personal reflection if you will. I want some chocolate like it is going out of style. I am so darn hungry for some “junk” right now. My hubby and I are sitting here watching the first game of the NFL season and all I can think is, “chocolate cheesecake”. Thank goodness we have nothing like that in the house at the moment or I would be in trouble.

Here is my personal reflection, or ramblings to be totally truthful, that also serves as a gentle reminder. Get your butt up out of that chair and get moving! Over the last month or so, I haven’t been exercising as much as I usually do. We have been very busy, which I know is NOT an excuse, but that’s all I got!

Just a little personal reflection for today. We had an easter egg hunt at the local park and there were 5000 eggs, yup that is the real amount. That is a whole heck of a lot of candy. Woo hoo!!!!
Was I good? Nope, not even the slightest bit. Did I gorge myself on sugar filled goodies? Oh yeah and I enjoyed every last minute.
