In December I started trying to tweak my diet a bit. I knew that this was not the time of year to make any major changes because there would be too many cookies and treats around.  I read about The Flat Belly Diet and while I did not follow it directly, I did incorporate some of the key points into my diet. I’m not currently on the Weight Watchers (WW) program, but am interested in how many of my readers are. I have been on WW a few times in the past, most recently last year, for about a month. I was working full-time (out of the home) and gave up after losing 10 pounds.
