Ingredients:
1 3-pound boneless pork loin roast
Herbed Pepper Rub:
2 tablespoons black pepper, cracked
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

I mentioned before how much I love pork. I prefer it over any other kind of meat. So I’m always looking for good and easy recipes that I know the whole family would love.
I found this Apple-Mustard Stuffed Pork Chops while perusing Kraft Foods website the other day.
INGERDIENTS :
4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
1/2 cup chopped apple
10 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, divided
2 Tbsp. raisins

Short Ribs with Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
The key to this recipe is rendering enough of the fat from the short ribs during the oven-roasting process. Finish them on the grill with a lick of flame for caramelization. Serves 8
