How Much Coffee When Pregnant?

Coffee, tea and soda all take on new meanings when you’re drinking for two. Caffeine intake is important to monitor when pregnant. But how do you know when you’ve had too much?
According to the March of Dimes, pregnant women should limit their coffee intake to one 12-ounce cup a day. However, eliminating coffee or other sources of caffeine altogether can reduce the risk of miscarriage.

I don’t have any babies of my own (unless you count Miss Penny Lane and Chopper – which, I totally do, so I guess I should say I don’t have any two-legged babies of my own), so I don’t really know what it’s like to carry a human being in my body for nine months.
Much less what to do with it once it arrives.
