I love to cook and I like to cook big meals, but I’ll admit, it can be a little over-whelming to cook something like a Thanksgiving meal and get everything out on the table at the same time. I didn’t want to fix the mashed potatoes and have to serve them cold because I was waiting on the gravy. Luckily I had my mom here to help this year and we got everything out and ready to be served – nothing was cold.
