Prinz Myshkin: my new favorite vegetarian restaurant

]]> I’ve only eaten there twice, but it’s easy for me to say that Prinz Myshkin is going to quickly become my favorite restaurant once I move to Munich in January. This hip place in the city center has an extensive all-vegetarian menu that ranges from vegetable sushi to pasta to Asian dishes to German classics.

This was my lunch one day two weeks ago: soy medallions in an oyster mushroom tomato cream sauce (that’s oyster mushrooms, not oysters and mushrooms) with arugula spaetzle. It was awesome. I can’t wait to go back!
