As I was writing The Power of the Quilter’s Blog, I realized I’d like to start featuring other blogs and web sites periodically.  There are some I return to again and again.  There are some I receive updates and newsletters from.  Also, there are those I haven’t discovered yet!

So I’ll start featuring various blogs/web sites here and highlight their special characteristics.  If you’d like me to mention your blog…of if you have one you visit frequently, leave a comment and let me know the link and how I can reach you.

Would You Like Your Quilting Blog Featured?

Liz Lewis, my co-blogger at Alzheimer’s Notes, writes a very interesting and informative new blog at b5media, Traveling the Green Way. Going “green,” traveling “green,” wearing “green”, in fact, anything “green” that helps save the environment has become a very popular word. So this new Traveling the Green Way should fit right in with current worldwide interests.

Congratulations, Liz! This is a very timely topic, so I know your blog will be widely read.

About 18 months ago, Liz decided to pursue her dream of becoming a full time writer. She started a blog, My Year of Getting Published, detailing her experiences. After about a year, she joined me as co-blogger here at Alzheimer’s Notes and is very enjoyable to work with.
