I shared with you guys yesterday the frozen rabbit meat that I bought at the Farmer’s Market, along with produce and goat meat. Now let me tell you how I cooked my first rabbit. To tell you the truth, I had no idea what I would do with it. The people I talked to at the Farmer’s Market said anything you could do with chicken, you can do with rabbit.

Farmer’s Market Goodies : August 15th

We’ve lived here in NC for about 3 years now but today is the only time I was able to visit the Farmer’s Market in Raleigh. I actually didn’t know about it until a few days ago when my husband informed me of the advertisement on the local news. So we got up early today and headed out to get some fresh produce and meat.
