Today I’ve got three of these houses. I don’t know anything about them except they rock (sorry). Starting with…

I suppose we can call this the tractor house. I’ve been all obsessed with finding out more about it for over a year. Since I’m having language issue with m3mary.com, there’s no hope. However, this is an excellent offbeat home structure, wouldn’t you say?
I’ve been calling this next house the charming little shack for as long as I’ve known about it.

I’ve tried to find out more, but it appears to be some random shack listed as part of a conversation about Tiny Houses – A Natural Consequence of Overpriced Housing at Marin Real Estate Bubble. Still, I adore this little place. It’s sweet and quirky, albeit tiny.

Last up a total shot of randomness.

Here’s all the poster had to say, “We don’t live here! This is just a cool house.” The site in question doesn’t even appear to go to a main page, so I’m stumped. That said, they’re not wrong – this is a very cool house. Strange roof for sure.

Now wasn’t that so much better than a random HP rant. Although, I am really fed up with them. You’d think someone there might have a clue about printers. Sad, sooooo, so sad.

Why I don’t mess around on Flickr

You have to admit, this is a pretty slick house. Sure the colors are blah, but the shape is divine. On the downside, I can’t tell you anything other than it’s in Clear Lake, IA. Why? Well, because two fellows on a booze trip took the photo, and of course offered no explanation. On the upside, you have to give these guys props. They took this photo on a journey that took them to 76 bars in five days. 76 bars! And they still had time to take decent photos of architecture – not bad.

They even included a safety disclaimer:

“What you are about to read was accomplished by trained experts in boozology who took utmost care in terms of safe and legal behavior. Do not try this at home. We did extensive preparation to determine how to do this safely and at no time did we drive with BACs near or above the legal limit. We ended each of the heaviest drinking days on foot. So sit back, relax, and read on as we do the drinking for you…”

Doesn’t that make you feel better? I actually do suggest you check out their website – they took many photos and it’s an interesting read. You can’t beat offbeat random homes on a booze trip. At the very least it’s a good Friday diversion.
